Time Flies

“And Jacob

seven years

for Rachel;

and they seemed

unto him

but a few days,

for the love

he had to her.”

– Genesis 29:20

It has to be love if you can work for your

future  father-in-law for seven years

before you can marry your hearts desire.

Then, on top of that, to be deceived by your

father-in-law to marry the veiled older sister,

and then wait longer until you can be with

your beloved.

In thousands of years it appears that love

and in-laws have changed little.

Love makes time fly.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
